Big Stone Farms

We farm in the heart of the tallgrass prairie and prairie pothole region. Our children are the fourth generation to own or live on this farm. Our farm adjoins USFWS Waterfowl Production areas and we seek to creake more habitat friendly farming and and establish more perennial crops, like pasture and orchards. We use organic practices on our fruit and vegetable crops and have free range chickens -- both eggs and broilers -- for sale.
News & Updates: We participate in the Ortonville Farmer's Market. We will also sell to individuals and depending on location, we can deliver. We are interested in establishing an egg route in the Clinton area of Big Stone County. Plase call to make arrangements. June-October, variable hours.
