Local Food Challenge

On September 1, 2005, seven participants committed to eating foods grown within a 250 mile radius where they live for one year. These seven took the challenge because eating locally strengthens personal, community, and environmental health. They are from communites in Northern Minnesota and Eastern North Dakota.
