Jubilee Fruits and Vegetables

Our mission is to be caring for each other, growing creatively and cultivating community. We hope to delight and satisfy customers by providing quality produce that is grown locally using minimal nonrenewable resources.

Jubilee Fruits and Vegetables,LLC began five years ago as a small CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) farm out of our home and garage. In 2015, a new building for Jubilee Market & Peacemeals will be completed and open to everyone to come shop, celebrate local foods and 'eat where their food lives' in southwest Minnesota.

Natural methods of production are used while avoiding synthetic pesticides and herbicides. We continue to work towards a resilient agricultural system, which we hope will allow us to manage our farm in a more holistic manner while enjoying abundant yields of a greater diversity of products.

Two movable high tunnels receive full southern exposure of our plentiful fall and early spring sunlight to extend the growing season. A year-round climate battery greenhouse on the south face of the new market building will complete the production cycle for the deep winter months.
