Kozka Farm Enterprises
| Kozka Farm Enterprises is a small, family-run farm producing antibiotic and feed additive-free chickens, eggs, lamb, goat and veal as well as a wide variety of garden and native crops, jams, jellies, pickles and preserves. We are experimenting with shiitaki and pearl oyster mushrooms as well as pheasant this year. All birds are processed at an E2 family owned plant in the Brainerd area. We can be found at the North Country Farmers Market in Bemidji, MN during the market season. In addition to home-baked sourdough breads and German egg noodles, we hope to have freshly milled flours available. | ||||
