Lakes Processing

Process all types of poultry. Custom exempt processing. Can handle approximately 1200-1500 birds a week, depending upon the species with no minimum on orders. Birds are vacuum-sealed and are available frozen or fresh. Marinating and smoking services are available. Processes poultry from April till mid September.
