Producer| Our farm products include naturally raised pork and a variety of produce that is raised without the use of artificial fertilizers, herbicides or pesticides.
Our hogs are raised on feed rations that do not contain antibiotics or hormones. Farrowing is done in straw pens, and piglets are weaned at 5-6 wks. of age. All hogs have access to the outdoors, and to pasture in season. We sell whole and 1/2 hogs as well as USDA inspected frozen cuts of pork. Fresh produce is sold May - October and includes a large variety (asparagus, lettuce, spinach, radishes, onions, beans, peas, sweet corn, potatoes, summer and winter squash, tomatoes, peppers, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, beets, carrots, cucumbers, melons, and some herbs). We will sell from our home or at the Pipestone Farmer's Market during the summer months. | |
