Red Tail Valley Beef

Red Tail Valley Beef is raised on grassland nestles under the bluffs overlooking the Minnesota River east of Granite Falls. In addition to the cattle, a motley mixture resulting from angus type cows and a Scottish Highlander bull -- the valley supports a variety of wildlife including bob o links, coyotes, eagles and the signature Red Tailed Hawk riding the air currents. Our beef is 100% grass-fed. We direct market our beef to individuals or food retailers. Call to make plans. Visitors welcome, but please make arrangements ahead of time. Red Tail Valley Beef is also marketed through Pastures A' Plenty Farm.
